The property was really awesome staff was really good , polite and professional Preeti ,Adarsh , sukho , lakshmi and prem from IRD Prem was really efficient in his work serving was done excellently by him, he acknowledged me always by my name even in the restaurant and that's nice to know when someone asks you how was your day.. prem acknowledged it every single day when he use to come with order to my room..God bless him There was a House keeping boy I don't recollect his name but he was also nice professional person he had serviced my room most of the time.. I really thank you'll appreciated Prem good job.. you had always acknowledged me by my name that makes you the real employee of Ginger God bless you

Breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of choices, including both Indian and continental options. Fresh fruits and sprouts were available, complemented by flavorful masala tea and coffee.

Breakfast was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good cause it's near to the airport but in general isn't the best neighbourhood. It's nice that a gym was available though it's small.

The excellent hospitality extended by entire hotel staff in handling the situation after the initial mishandling. But for this the overall experience would have been excellent instead of very good.

Hotel room was very clean, nice and comfortable. Hotel restaurant in mezzanine floor is good and service especially Ms Renuka was very helpful and courteous. Overall hotel is very good. I had booked my hotel reservation by using Booking for.com ,but when I landed in Mumbai and tried to check to the hotel they told me that my booking is cancelled by Booking dotcom, reason they could not verify my credit card. But I had booked my room by using my Bank Debit card as I don't have credit card. Very very bad of Booking dotcom service, they cancelled my room booking without informing me. I will never use the service of Booking dotcom next time or ever. But the staff of hotel Ginger was very good and they gave me room. Thanks for their good gesture.

All facilities are there more or less. Food and water readily available. Baggage.keeping facility is also good if u checkout at time but your flight is late

Ambience, Location & Food were very good. Ms Sheetal Singh, GM. Very kind, Sweet in Nature. She addressed the some issue with maturity and her expertise showed up with resolving issue. Appreciate her gesture and way of treating guests.
